GBS aka well known Geng bas Sekolah they call themselves. Shooting was done at Aza place and man it is full of fun.

Technique : Shoot with 2 Softbox with flash attached with manual power 1/32  power each (the softbox was placed45 degree each left and right.the camera setting are  with the ISO 800 and 1600, shutter 1/60 to 1/160. aperture was set to F2.00. The flash setup was triggered via radio triggered system.

No post processing were involved as this the original color from the camera (Leica Color style). just used photoshop to insert watermark.

How to get to Borneo Highland Resort : any land transportation will do. but you have to park downhill. private car are not allowed unless you are the home or land owner at Borneo Highland Resort. All you have to do ride their transport (you will be charged RM30.00) depending on the promotion their having. to get to Kalimantan View Point, you need to pay another (Rm20.00)

Technique used in this photo :

Aperture Priority with ISO setting of 400 (cloudy) and 100 (sunny).  I have  CPL filter attached on the lens to get bluer sky  and don't forget to bring your tripod along.

Recommended lens to bring :

wide angle lens (10-22, 17-40, 12-24)

Tele Lens (55-200, 55-250, 70-200)

Macro lens for flower photos. if you don't own any macro lens, 50mm 1.8 will do

Nota :

yah, 20 hari dah kita berposa, camney posa tak orang? harap-harap teruskan sifat positif  yang ada dalam bulan posa tok. sigek gik, selamat hari merdeka ngan tak orang.

Location : Serikin, Bau Kuching Sarawak

Technique : use aperture priority for capturing the moment like this. this is essential as you need to be fast .  Alternatively, you can use shutter priority. The ISO setting is set around 400 or less depending on the light. you  also can leave the ISO setting to Auto if you like.

Sarawak Regatta 2010

Yearly activities held at Sarawak River, The Sarawak Regatta, is the oldest boat race here in Kuching. The regatta itself attract lots of tourist from outstide Kuching to see the race itself. Not forgetting the Kuchingites, also flocking the Kuching Waterfront to witness this yearly activities.

Gambar diambil menggunakan CANON G10. DSLR aku masih dirawat daaa. so takde DSLR la. Gambar Kamera Kompak pun boleh bah!

Jumpa dengan seorang jurugambar yang aku minati. Syahrin Aziz. Walaupun sekejap jer, aku tetap puas hati. Syahrin Aziz ni salah seorang jurugambar kat Malaysia yang aku minati hasil karyanya semenjak aku ceburkan diri dalam dunia fotografi.
