Who say it can’t

Shot with Blackberry Storm 9500 smartphone. further enhance in Adobe Photoshop CS5 (add warm filter, burn tools, sharpen and crop)
to get the details popping out, I used a ray ban sunglasses acted as  filter place in front of camera lenses.

Shot this picture last year, 31st October 2008 which I didnt publish it on the flickr or trough my blog. Anyway, if you want to take this type of photo here is the EXIF data

its kinda dark, so i have to boost the ISO to 800 to get fast shutter speed as I shot this picture handheld. but Image Stabilizer is in action so I dont worry a bit. I overexpose the image +0.50 to get a clear reflection of the water.

Always remember, shoot in RAW format if you want to enhance your picture a bit especially the white balance, grain and sharpening or you want to do some extreme editing later on.
